*All personal training pricing subjects to plus GST, on a monthly membership basis, new clients are committed for the first 3-month and month-to month thereafter, cancel anytime after the first 3 month with at least 30 days notice.
*All assessments are one time session with a duration from 90 minutes to 120 minutes due to the type, new clients or returning clients who is not trained with us for over 12-month time.
